My name is Tera Upshaw, also known as Lacey Johnson or LJ. I am your Smile Consultant and your partner in learning how to compartmentalize life’s challenges. I am here to support my community in processing trauma and finding healthy ways to move forward. While I am not a licensed counselor, I offer myself as a resource to help connect individuals with professional support when needed.
One way I do this is by creating open and safe spaces for conversation through Facebook and other social media platforms. These spaces are designed for honest discussions around childhood experiences, adolescent struggles, and adult trauma.
